Slovenian lottery has decided to offer the possibility of playing games on chance via the Internet. They have chosen to first try the new concept on the lotto game. The client wanted to preserve the concept of an off-line game, yet at the same time upgrade user experience with advantages and opportunities offered by the Internet. At the same time, the user should be able to buy the ‘same’ lotto tickets as in regular sale, whereby the payments are added to the collective fund and the system of drawing lots which is done publicly should be retained.

In order to meet the desires of the client as well as legislative requirements, Parsek has created a complex administration system which is clear and easy to use but also supports user experience.

The solution was required to support centralised management, detailed data overview, monitoring of activities, and customer communication support. The application includes support for customers who have problems with gambling as well as a protocol for preventing abuse with regard to money laundry. The portal comprises the following:
